The Services and Support Operations (SSO) is a global leader of integrated MRO services and support. Program Admin Sr. (SSO – Location: Irvine, CA)
Position Summary
Conduct analysis of diverse and complex customer experience and order management processes and metrics. Make process improvement suggestions, drive implementation of the improvements and document new processes. Lead program administer for the Spares and Customer Experience team ensuring fulfillment of team obligations, performance goals, and KPIs
SCOPE/SUPERVISION AND INTERACTION:

Essential Functions:
Take complex data sets analyzing complex processes and turning them into actionable insights.
Create processes and procedures documents for the customer experience team.
Lead multifunctional teams in RCCA and improvement initiatives.
Create and monitors performance KPIs against plans to ensure that objectives are met. Collect, analyze and summarize information and trends.
Coordinate cross-functional development of project plans. Interface with internal suppliers and customers and perform extensive investigation as required to fulfill project obligations.
Deliver and maintain end-to-end automated solutions: business document-> transformation + enhancement (Alteryx) -> SQL table-> Dashboard (Power BI)
Assist in the role out of SalesForce enhancements across global team.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and/or participating in professional associations.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Engineering related field which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 6+ years of increasingly responsible related program administration experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in data extraction and analytics, data quality, and database relational structures.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter able to independently complete tasks accurately and quickly.
- Proficient SQL skills for BI report query design.
- Proficient data transformation skills, Alteryx knowledge preferred.
- Ability to effectively assess and implement continuous improvement principles and techniques to program and related areas.
- Ability to work on a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis and evaluation of various outcomes require tradeoffs.
- Ability to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical and evaluate alternative solutions that may require coordination across multiple teams; establish goals and objectives to complete projects.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and recommend changes to procedures.
- Ability to respond to significant inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; define problems.
- Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members, team leaders, vendors, customers, and top management.
- Proficient with standard business applications software (e.g., database, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to establish program plans and report status utilizing program management software.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $88790 to $148155 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
