Work you’ll do

The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for selling Google solutions to the Consulting clients and markets. The role involves:

  • Develop targeted prospects and generate net-new opportunities through direct and third-party relationships.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies with Deloitte account, practice, and firm leadership.
  • Differentiate Deloitte’s positioning with clients and vendors while supporting sales enablement and market awareness.
  • Identify and influence key client decision-makers across organizational levels.
  • Lead and support pursuits, including qualification, proposal development, presentations, and account-team coaching.
  • Create strategic and tactical plans to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data, coordinate sales activities across geographies, and represent Deloitte at industry events and forums.

The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports business development by uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Sales Executives work with Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors to build relationships, uncover opportunities, develop sales strategies, manage pursuits, and act as advisors throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years selling solutions and services into complex clients.
  • Experience selling consulting services to clients in Healthcare or related industries, with a successful track record in high-end, project-based engagements marked by long sales cycles.
  • In-depth understanding of the marketplace for Google technologies, clients' businesses, and competitors.
  • Ability to create, manage, and influence relationships with buyers, decision-makers, and other referral sources across a variety of industries
  • Pre-existing client or contact network within Google/Healthcare industry.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 70%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600.00 to $338,300.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
